Customer Satisfaction Survey 2009

During the summer 2009, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey among our 260 customers.
Nearly 30% of our customers took the survey and the overall result has been very satisfactory seen from our point of view as the majority of respondents expressed above average in satisfaction with our company and services.
