ORGANISATION

AIR SUPPORT consists of five departments employing specialists with aviation backgrounds but with very different skills and competencies. These are spread out on the five departments of sales, support, development, technical and administration. Those are the organisation’s bearing beams.  

 

Sales

The Sales Department is responsible for all global sales and marketing tasks towards new and present PPS customers. The department handles all matters in relation to contracts and also takes part in business and product development projects.  

 

Support

The Support Department is responsible for all daily customer support and 24 hours hotline support, online and onsite installation and training, aircraft performance data installation service, as well as program documentation.  

 

Development

The Development Department handles all development of PPS program modules and all web-based solutions. The department also takes care of data import and export interfacing projects.  

 

Technical

The Technical Department is responsible for maintenance and development of all data server systems and for all internal and external back-up system structures which support all PPS clients. The department also covers support and maintenance of all the internal network and workstations used within AIR SUPPORT.  

 

Administration

The Administration Department is responsible for the daily administration of the company, order management, invoicing, accounting, finance and human resource functions.
